Dubai jobs: Emirates holds open days to hire cabin crew in GCC, Pakistan, Beirut, Africa, Turkey
In July, the airline will hold walk-in interviews in over two dozen cities worldwide and will also conduct invite-only events
Emirates Group, based in Dubai, recently announced a massive recruitment campaign to hire pilots, cabin crew, engineers, IT specialists, and customer service representatives. The company will employ hundreds of individuals to fill unique positions at its two subsidiaries, dnata and Emirates Airline.
The company has increased its workforce by 17,160 people in a variety of positions in the 2022-23 fiscal year alone, bringing the total to more than 102,000 by the end of September 2023.
Emirates, the flagship airline of Dubai, will begin receiving its new fleet of Airbus A350s and Boeing 777-Xs in 2024. As a result, Emirates will require a young and dynamic cabin crew to operate the new aircraft.
Emirates is holding open days and invite-only events throughout the year across six continents, covering hundreds of cities, as Dubai's flagship airline accelerates recruitment. Candidates are contacted 48 hours after the assessment, and the recruitment process is carefully designed to be completed in one day.
The airline will conduct walk-in interviews in more than two dozen GCC cities, Pakistan, African, and Latin American cities alone in July.
The largest community of international airline cabin crew members currently speaks approximately 130 languages and represents over 140 nationalities.
